What  You Can Expect

Maximum benefit from the inspection process is achieved when you personally attend the inspection.

Plan on spending at least three hours while I examine the property and address your questions and concerns.  Many times questions will be asked and answered that might not even occur to you if you had not been present.

Reports are emailed the following day in an easily searchable PDF format. Photographs are included for clear illustration of items in need of service.

I am always available (call, text, or e-mail) to answer any questions that might arise before or after the inspection and would be happy to hear from you.

I inspect every home as if it were my own!

The Home Inspection is based on the visual observation of the Inspector and acts to identify visible defects and conditions that, in the judgment of the Inspector, adversely affects the function or integrity of the items, components, and systems inspected, including those items or components near the end of their serviceable life.

The inspection is intended to provide a client with objective information regarding the condition of systems and components of a home at the time of the home inspection, and is not technically exhaustive nor meant to identify compliance with any building codes or regulations and may not reveal concealed or latent defects that were not accessible or obstructed at the time of the inspection.

This inspection does not express or imply any warranty or guarantee of any kind nor is it to be construed as insurance against present or future deficiencies.

Satisfactory means specifically and only that an item or system is reasonably capable of performing its intended function at the time of the home inspection and does not imply or suggest that future problems may or may not occur.
