Radon Testing with E-perms

Radon Testing with e-perms is the most accurate system available. This is the only system used by Independent Home Inspection! E-perms hold a known electrical charge that degrades during exposure to Radon. The resulting change is measured and indicates the Radon hazard. Measurement occurs continuously during the time of exposure and testing can be either short or long term. Long term tests can be useful for verifying the operation of an existing Radon Mitigation system or simply to achieve a higher long term accuracy.

Independent Home Inspection will test your home with EPA established protocols to assure consistent results. Test equipment is placed in the lowest liveable level of the home and remains for the duration of the test. Testing is done with two units simultaneously to insure consistent results. When the test is complete I will retrieve the equipment, calculate the results with the system software, and email you the report. It's that simple!
